Take a look at some of the unscripted theatre shows I’v performed in, designed AND / OR directed.
Allegory of the Cave
People have gathered around fires for millennia to share fables, weave myths, and cast shadows that dance on cave walls. Allegory of the Cave, an improvised shadow theatre show, breathes new life into these ancient traditions.
Directed by Rosalind Grégoire & Audra Goffeney
Designed by Rosalind Grégoire.
somewhere on the other side
of this wide night
The Pretend Company presents a duo show performed by ten people. Choose the players and set them spinning - the rest of the company will play everything else. A living, breathing world that moves, changes and falls apart as the story unfolds.
Directed by Chris Mead & Vera Chok
Designed by Rosalind Gregoire.
Echoes OF THIS PLACE
∅ (Empty Set) presents Echoes of This Place, inviting you to explore how spaces hold layered stories of those who came before. Join Christianna and Roz on an ephemeral journey where each fleeting moment is captured on paper, leaving behind a lasting echo.
Walls have stories. What will yours reveal?
Directed & Performed by Rosalind Grégoire & Christianna Tsigkou.
LIVE ILLUSTRATION
Mapping improv theatre is a unique, live illustration process where I capture the unfolding themes, characters, and connections of a show as they emerge in real-time. These visual maps bring the stories to life, giving audiences a tangible piece of the performance. Each map reflects the show’s unique journey, preserving its ephemeral nature in a form to be shared and remembered.
ThE MIGHTY PIRATES
Part improv show, part immersive theatre experience, part escape room - a loving homage to 1990s point-and-click video games. Danger awaits around every corner. LOOK BEHIND YOU, A THREE-HEADED MONKEY!
Directed by Chris Mead.
Designed by Rosalind Grégoire.
ARTHOUSE JERSEY LOCK IN RESIDENCY 2025
During my 2024 residency at ArtHouse Jersey’s Artist Lock-In, I collaborated with a group of artists to create a series of improvised performances developed in response to the site and to each other. The work explored themes of transformation, collective storytelling, and the temporary worlds we build through play.
